Description: The Northeastern Pennsylvania Council COPE Committee would like to invite you to attend our COPE Staff training course weekend.

April 19, 20 and 21, 2013 at Goose Pond. The cost for the weekend is $40.00, which includes all meals, lodging, equipment, recognition and training materials, $50 if you would like to purchase a Project COPE Manual (not required).
