The weekend is open to all WEBELOS SCOUTS, their parent(s)/guardian(s) and WEBELOS Den Leaders / Den Chiefs.

The weekend will include CAMPING - bring a TENT – and COOKING - bring food to cook Saturday lunch & Sunday breakfast at your campsite; plus Saturday night CAMP FIRE with skits and songs, and Sunday morning Scout’s Own Service.

This year we will be incorporating both the "new" Adventure programs and the "old" Activity Pin programs in each session to ensure that ALL WEBELOS regardless of the program being used in your Den/Pack is covered for this Cub Scout Program transition year. Participants will be able to work on up to three Adventures (new) or Activity Pins (old- WEBELOS II only) in an outdoor STEM themed program, including BSA Supernova sessions.  NOTE: not all requirements may be completed during the sessions. Completion of an Adventure/Activity is dependent upon the requirements covered and the level of participation of the individual Scout. Forms will be given out at the end of each session so the Leaders know what was covered and completed by each Scout.

EVERYONE (Scouts and Adults) MUST bring their completed Medical Form (parts A & B, only, required) to turn in at registration/check in.  We ask that you attend / register as a Den or Pack, not as individual Scouts.

CLASS A Uniform: required for Dinner & Scout Own Service; Sessions optional

CLASS B Uniform (Scout T-shirt): recommended for Saturday sessions.

CLASS SIZES ARE LIMITED...Register early to reserve your spot!
